New Year (2009) is just going to knock your doors and would add up something refreshing and new in your life.
This New Year, you can present yourself a wonderful gift, weight loss resolution, that would serve you with lifelong of happiness. To stick to your resolution whole year, you need to be absolutely determined and motivated, so that you can make continuous efforts in order to achieve your target.
After taking a New Year weight loss resolution, you need to set very realistic goal. It is not a one-day game. However, following points can help you to have only one thing in your mind (that is your resolution):
· Write up your resolution on a paper and paste it on a place where you spend the major part of the day. Note down the precautions to be taken and your diet chart as well. Again, write down your exercise timings.
· Buy a dress that you can only wear after coming back to shape. Each time, you would look that dress, you will work on your resolution more effectively.
· Choose a nice weight loss program after consulting your dietician.
· Do research on weight loss techniques and diet. Collect as much information as you can. Finally, the resolution is going to transform your life. However, it totally depends upon your will power and desire to look smart and fit.
